We believe in supporting the next generation by providing affordable housing for students and young professionals. As housing costs continue to rise, we’re making it possible for them to live in prime city locations at fair prices—while offering investors a secure and meaningful way to grow their capital.

What We Do

We acquire and renovate flats, transforming them into modern, fully equipped student accommodations. Our current project is in Augsburg, in the heart of the city near the Central Station. Set to open in April 2025, it will provide students with newly renovated rooms for just €450/month—a rate made possible because we prioritize impact over high margins.
